A. Robert Capa was a Hungarian-born war photographer and photojournalist, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest war photographers of the 20th century. Born Andre Friedmann in Budapest in 1913, he later changed his name to Robert Capa and became a pioneer in modern photojournalism. He is notable for his coverage of five wars: the Spanish Civil War, the Sino-Japanese War, World War II across Europe, the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, and the First Indochina War.

B. The Spanish Civil War played a major role in Robert Capa’s career and had a profound impact on the world of photojournalism.
