Please identify and research In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) – Should Congress mandate that all health insurers cover IVF treatments – and should they cover only a certain number of IVF treatments?
Address the issue from both a Pro and Con position and then defend your preferred position.

The paper should be well researched and thought out and must include at least 1-2 pages for the introduction, 3 pages devoted to each position – pro & con (with headings) and 2 pages for your final position. • Critical Analysis of each position based on literature review (counter arguments and defense) 50%
• Final Conclusions/Implications and your position on the issue 20%
• APA format 15%
