The purpose of the Motivation and Work final paper is to maximize the learning achieved in the course by describing your understanding and application of knowledge in the field of organizational behavior.
In the week two Discussion Forum, you were to have selected from one of the following theories:

Impact of Motivational Theories on Work Situations:

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs:

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory suggests that human needs are arranged in a hierarchical order from physiological needs to self-actualization needs. The theory argues that people are motivated by the satisfaction of unmet needs. In the workplace, the impact of Maslow’s theory can be observed in how managers and leaders structure their work environment to meet the needs of their employees. The theory has a significant impact on working in teams, leadership styles, managing power and influence, communication, and managing conflict.
